Our corporate headquarters are located in Huntsville, Alabama, where our management team has worked together for more than 15 years. Teranetix's staff of highly trained technicians and engineers are holders of IPC, A+, Novell and Microsoft certifications. We are Authorized Service Providers for most of the computer industries leading manufacturers and major telecommunications equipment manufacturers.

Quality is vital to us – our goal is to always exceed your expectations. Quality Assurance (QA) efficiently audits all production and maintains records through an internal database. This allows us to expedite reporting while maintaining and supporting quality-related programs such as ESD, Data Entry, Document Control, and the standards for training workmanship in our processes.

Our 170,000 square-foot facility provides ample space for our state-of-the-art equipment, plus space for testing and storage, and is conveniently located adjacent to Huntsville International Airport. The International Intermodal Center, an inland port located nearby, offers services through the Multi-Modal hub, combining in one central location the efficiencies of air, rail, and highway transportation. The facility is home to Public Use Foreign Trade Zone No. 83 and U.S. Customs, making the location ideal for transport of equipment.

Although Teranetix’s facilities and services were once reserved for equipment purchased from Intergraph Corporation's 50,000 customers in the United States and in 65 countries, our operations have now been expanded to include support external customers for the first time. We offer the best repair and logistics solutions.
