Teranetix, Intergraph's Repair and Logistics Operation, Achieves Quality Milestone HUNTSVILLE, Ala., August 6, 2001 - After only six months of operation as an independent provider of repair and logistics services, Teranetix has been recommended to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification. The recommendation comes from the lead auditor of Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Such a recommendation is an international recognition of companies meeting the new edition of the International Quality Management System Standard. The new edition calls for a new certification process, and Teranetix is one of the first companies to pass this new benchmark, assuring customers that the Quality Management System is conformant, effective and backed up by executive management actions. In response to the recommendation, Intergraph's vice president in charge of the Teranetix operation Jack Ickes said, "We are pleased to have received this international recognition. It is gratifying to see that the efforts of the Teranetix team have resulted in Lloyd's certification that our services meet the highest quality standards in the industry. We are happy to offer our customers this assurance of quality." Teranetix
