Terms and Conditions
Priced to Sell

New, used, and refurbished equipment pricing was determined based on condition and fair market value. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional discounts offered on these products.

New - Product is new from our supplier and not previously sold. May have been installed in equipment for testing/verification purpose only.

Used - Returned equipment.

Refurbished - Returned equipment that has gone through re-certification to OEM spec. by our Refurbishment Department.

Shipping and Delivery (top)

All new, used, and refurbished equipment is boxed and ready to ship. Shipments will be scheduled 3 working days from the acceptance of your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. We will use our standard carrier and ship ground unless you specify otherwise.

Return Policy (top)

New Items
Parts that were purchased as new may be returned within the first 30 days after purchase under the following conditions:

  • Parts must be returned in original shipping package.
    • Properly protected from physical damage and static.
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from the order desk.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned material.

Any material returned to us that is damaged will be returned to buyer and no credit will be given.

Used/Refurbished Items
Returns are not accepted on used and refurbished equipment. Configurations of used equipment will not be modified.

Return-to-Factory Warranty (top)

New and Refurbished computers and monitors have a return-to-factory warranty 90 days from shipment date. Purchaser pays shipping cost for items returned for repair.

All Used items are 30-day return-to-factory warranty. Purchaser pays shipping cost for items returned for repair.

NOTE: Used and Refurbished equipment is sold as is and may have minor cosmetic blemishes. Major cosmetic imperfections have been corrected. Serial numbers for these computer systems are identified as remanufactured. These systems cannot be resold as new.
